New Module Using Angular Breaks Layouts

Topics: Writing modules

I'm new to Angular, but I have created a new module that uses Angular in the admin dashboard. It works just fine but when I add my content part to a Page content type, the Layout disappears. Apparently, this is because Angular supports only ONE 'ng-app' directive to auto-bootstrap the page. Can anyone suggest how best to overcome this limitation in the context of Orchard? I believe it involves manually bootstrapping Angular but it seems to me that a consistent method of doing this would be a good idea to ensure that various Orchard modules cooperate when leveraging Angular.

I agree that other modules should be able to define part editors that also leverage AngularJS. Perhaps you could open an issue for this on GitHub? and if you know of a proper way of enabling this, maybe you can create and submit a pull request?
