It is interesting to recall the processes we used on Codeplex and what are the new features available on GitHub.

Bug triage :
We could filter on the Proposed status.
Should we use the 'Issues with no:milestone' on GiHub to determine if they are not triaged ?
Some old issues don't have a milestone assigned but are active.

Codeplex => GiHub features :
You can 'Follow' the project => You can 'Watch' and 'Star' the project
You can vote for an issue => Some people add a comment with '+1'
Subscribe to the issues and comments => You are notified if you watch the Repo or if you are mentionned.

Some shortcuts :
#issueId => link to the issue
@username => link to the user

We can also summarize what needs to be done, now the migration has started :
Change url to orchard.codeplex.com in documentation
Change url to orchard.codeplex.com in orchardproject.net (I did it on orchardproject.fr)

In Source code, a few links have an url with .codeplex.com
