I'm actually using Orchard in a cloud service deploy with Orchard.Azure.OutputCache.
I added Orchard.Redis and MessageBus projects to my Azure solutions, the question is: do I need any change in app setting? I mean, do I need to add Orchard.Redis.Cache Orchard.Redis.OutputCache with a ConnectionString?

Thanks in advance,

Yes, the connections string (not app settings) have to be defined in either the web.config file or the Azure dashboard.
The settings names are "Orchard.Redis.OutputCache" or "Orchard.Redis.Cache" or "Orchard.Redis.MessageBus" based in the features you want.
The values are Redis connection strings including the password. You can also prefix the settings names with the tenant name if you need to use different ones for each tenant (you should not have to).

Let me know how it goes.
