Orchard Command Line with response file throws RemotingException

When I run orchard command line with a response file I get the following exception after couple of minutes.

Basically I'm trying to disable the search feature for bunch of my tenant by running the batch. After a minute or two it throws the above exception and stops.

My basic google research find is, it has something to do with the lease time and garbage collection of objects. Since my knowledge on this is limited any help would be appreciated.
