How to change culture before setup

when setup,orchard show the setup page in en-US culture,how to change that culture?
already had the localization .po files in the right folders.

This should be possible from the setup recipe by changing site settings. Take a look at the Default recipe's content for example. To get an idea what to change you could also set up your site with the proper culture, then export the site settings: you'll see what to include in the recipe.

But when the Setup screen is presented, at that point, no recipe is executed. How can one show the Setup screen in a different culture?

Ah, so the setup page itself. OK, I misunderstood.

That's not possible at the moment. Please open an issue about it.

Maybe with a culture selector with lower priority, defined in the web.config or the current system culture. I assume that before setup the SettingsCultureSeklector is not yet available so this one would be picked up.

Yeah, maybe there should be a default culture selector implementation that simply takes the culture setting from web.config. As you said, this default implementation would have a low priority.

Or maybe the site administrator should control whether the culture is read from configuration or from the user agent.
