Introducing Try Orchard! Quick release, but works. The idea is to have a service that you can point your fellow developers to so they can play with Orchard without having much prior knowledge about it.

There could be an interactive walkthrough too, as you can see from the prototype.

Let us know what you think and how it could be made better. During the weekly meeting it came up that we could have a nicer theme and that the content (instead of the test content we used because that was at hand) could be that of a "real" business/personal website with widgets and everything.

Could be nice if your demo site comes in the language of the user's browser.

That would be something interesting, yeah, although browser culture detection is neither reliable nor necessarily provides the actual culture of the user (think about a Windows set as en-US but the user's mother tongue being something else). What we could definitely do and are also planning to do is to add localization packages to DotNest so you could switch the UI language of your sites, including the demo sites.

People are not stupid, they don't use Chinese browser language setting when they don't speak Chinese ?
Similarly with english: South America speaks Portuguese and Spanish, 40% of south USA speak/read Spanish, In China very few people read English, in Africa 40% speak/read French, in Europe each country is attached to its own language, even if guys in the IT all read/speak some variant of euro-english, the others don't.

in 80% of situations the browser language is a best fit than defaulting to english....
