Dear Friends,

When trying to create a module i get this error, can someone tell me how to resolve it please?;

There's a network or instance-specific error while trying to establish a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server / 'specific instance

thank you in advance.

My Friend,
Yes, is in the same server, and the connection string is:
DataConnectionString: data source=MANUELLT-PC\MSSQLSVR2K5;initial catalog=QZDB;user id=sa;password=WMNftre554K

I have the same problem... The database works from Orchard, but not from codegen, both module and datamigration command.
