Looking for a way to have css correctly interpreting chinese punctuation

It appears that the chinese dot and comma are not marked as breaking chars in utf8 / unicode so when css needs to reduce the width of some sentence it breaks always on the end. very uggly.

May be somebody has a solution ?

I have no knowledge of the Chinese language, but could you show me an example? (screenshot or something)
