500 error with multi-tenancy enabled

So I am moving a website to another Orchard server. The server I am moving to has a site already, so I enabled multi tenancy.

I created a new user to administer the site and gave it a temporary url which is the current site, and set the url prefix. So I visit the site fine (lets say www.mysite.com). I can also visit the new site fine (let's say www.mysite.com/test) when using Chrome. However, when I connect with Internet explorer, I get a 500 error. Firefox just loads a blank site.

What's the best way to chase down this error? I can provide additional details if needed.

Do you see any errors in the log? If not, could you turn CustomErrors off in the Web.config to see what the 500 error says?

I checked app_config/logs and the logs are showing empty. I added the following to the web.Config:
<configuration>
  <system.web>
    <customErrors mode="Off" />
  </system.web>

  <system.webServer>
    <httpErrors errorMode="Detailed" />
  </system.webServer>
</configuration>
Obviously, that's a trimmed down file!
