Theme not rendering for page not found

Hello,

We launched one of our first Orchard sites last Thursday and noticed that over weekend our "Not Found" page isn't rendering within the theme/template anymore. If you try to go to the site and type in a URL that doesn't exist, it is only showing the contents of the NotFound.cshtml file with no layout around it - just a blank white screen with the text in good ol' Times New Roman. Viewing the page source only returns this:

Page not found

The page you are looking for does not exist.

I'm not getting anything in the error logs, has anyone else run in to this? We launched two other Orchard-based sites last week as well, and both of those sites display the page not found messaging within the theme for that site.

Thank you in advance!

That's still better than what we're getting on one project. Sometimes no page is sent to the browser at all; it always gets fully rendered, but not included in the response from the server.

Suddenly today everything is working again on this site. Definitely strange!
