Returning non-themed partial view

I cannot seem to get a view to return as a partial view (without being wrapper in the theme).

If I navigate to ../OrchardLocal/GetSS, the view renders with the whole theme around it, how can I get to show only the content of GetSS.cshtml ?

I'd like to only see the "This is a test." text displayed on a blank page.

Route (Routes.cs) :
                new RouteDescriptor {
                    Priority = 5,
                    Route = new Route(
                        new RouteValueDictionary {
                            {"area", "SSMap"},
                            {"controller", "SSList"},
                            {"action", "GetSS"}
                        new RouteValueDictionary(),
                        new RouteValueDictionary {
                            {"area", "SSMap"}
                        new MvcRouteHandler()
Controller (SSListController.cs) :
namespace SSMap.Controllers
    public class SSMapController : Controller {
        public ActionResult GetSS()
            return PartialView("GetSS");
GetSS.cshtml :
This is a test.

Have you tried to just return a View("GetSS")?

I also tried with/without [Themed(false)] in the controller.
