Are three any restrictions on model classes that are used in views?

Edit: there not three.

I'm writing a module and I am referencing a model class that is in a separate class library. The controller can find and use it but the view can't.

Is there any restriction on where the model class can be located or what namespace it has to use?

No, there is no restriction, but in ASP.NET (not just Orchard), the view files are compiled separately from the rest of the project. References are not made in the csproj file, but in web.config.
