By default, NHibernate throw an exception if the target of a relation does not exist. Is it possible to change the configuration so that NHibernate returns a null object?

Thanks in advance for the help

I've looked at NHibernate doc but didn't find how it could be applied to Orchard installation. Is there no way to get a null object instead of an exception?
