Hi guys,

I've been struggling with this issue for a while now and can't seem to resolve it.

What's happening is my submenus are not displaying for the Anonymous user. If I sign in as Administrator however, the submenus display fine. This is seems to be an issue in Chrome and Safari. Works fine in IE however!

The only way I can fix this is if I give the Anonymous user Site Owner permission - but obviously this isn't ideal.

Does anyone have any tips for troubleshooting this issue?

Thanks!
Scotty

What's more, the submenus don't appear in Chrome & Safari unless I have Shape Tracing enabled.

Do anonymous users have permissions to see those items?

Thanks for the response Bertrand. Permissions was the first thing I tried with no luck.

Turns out it was a jQuery version issue in a custom theme I was using from bind.pt. They had a newer version of their theme available which fixed the jQuery version issue in the menu and it's now working properly.
