In a ContentType I use an 'HTML Text Field'. In this TextField the html code looks like A). When running this
I see B) and C).
PS: When entering the same in the html-body of a 'Page' all is correct!

I have not the slightest idea where this '$1'  is coming from!?!?
Thanks for your time and hints

A) Text Field html content:

<p>line enter</p>
<p>line enter</p>
<p>line enter</p>
<p>line shift+enter<br />line shift+enter<br />line shift+enter<br /></p>

B) user view for above html:
line enter

$1
line enter

$1
line enter

$1
line shift+enter
line shift+enter
line shift+enter

C) 'source code' for above screen:

<p class="text-field"><span class="name">Description:</span> <span class="value">
<p>line enter</p><br />$1<p>line enter</p><br />$1<p>line enter</p><br />$1
<p>line shift+enter<br />line shift+enter<br />line shift+enter</p></span></p>

On the source code? When I made that fix, I just looked for $1 and found it in no time. Weird.
