Import Export

I'm using IImportExportService.Import(...) method to import a projection widget. Immediately after the Import() call, I called:

var widgets = _widgetsService.GetWidgets();

and tried to find the imported widget. But the the GetWidgets() call doesn't return the imported widget. When I looked at the IImportExportService.Import() code it looks like it is an asynchronous call and the import doesn't happen immediately. And that explains why GetWidgets() call doesn't return the widget right after the Import() call. Assuming I understand this right, is there any event fired after the Import() is done? I can see an event fired after the Export() is done but I couldn't see for Import(). Appreciate any help on this.

Yes, it is asynchronous, and I don't think there is an event you can use for that.
