We have a module that sends a cache expire signal to all instances in an Azure deployment. I haven't found anything else that does this, but we find it really useful when we need to publish content.

Thanks for releasing this module! I've been looking for something like this. On the blog post you mention to access each of the farm servers individually. How do you do that with Azure? Last time I looked at the Azure portal I couldn't find a way to access specifi servers (I looked for something like instance specific  IP addresses or host names).

It's not exactly intuitive, and you need RDP access to the machines.

Once you have access to a machine, have a look at IIS for the local IP address.

You can then use a browser on the machine to access it directly. And you can also access the other machines in the cluster. I can't quite remember what the IP looks like, but if you don't get it post again and I'll dig out my notes.

There is this: http://onestopdistribevict.codeplex.com/. Not sure it works on Azure.
