Orchard CMS Won't Start Up

I have just recently started working with Orchard and everything was going along fine until this morning.  I have Orchard installed on my local machine and normally access the settings site using this address http://localhost:14627/Admin/Settings . When I clicked on that book mark it no longer opens the site and I am unable to view the site either.  I am given the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Is there a specific Application Pool used by Orchard as I cannot find one in IIS.  BY the way this is a Windows 7 machine.

The application pool is not something that Orchard has control over. It is whatever you set it to be when you created the site in IIS. If you left the default, it probably created a new one.

If IIS is not serving the web site, you should probably check that the service is actually running.
