Debugging / compilation problems in 1.x branch

I've noticed this going on for a while, I think since around when changes were made to improve handling of missing dependencies.

Basically something happens that makes the site continually throw the same error until it's restarted.

The errors are sometimes to do with ILifetimeScope / transaction scope, but I've seen a variety of errors pop up (almost like the application continually rethrows whatever the last error it hit).

Reproduction is something like:

- Debug in VS

- Stop debugging

- Change a line of code

- Compile and debug again

At this point the application just throws an error over and over. I have to manually restart the web server to make the website properly recompile and run again.

Has anybody else been encountering this?

I have fixed two issues related to this in the last couple of days. Does it repro with the latest changeset ?

Yes, it's on my autoroute fork where I'm regularly merging in 1.x changes. Of course it's possible the autoroute changes themselves have caused problems, I'll test with a vanilla repo when I get chance.
