haven't found "Parts_Common_Metadata", have delete ...

"<div class="published">@Display.PublishedState(createdDateTimeUtc: Model.ContentPart.CreatedUtc, publisheddateTimeUtc: Model.ContentPart.PublishedUtc)</div>"

in the file ...  "Parts.Common.Metadata.cshtml"

in the folder ...\core\common\views\

...and it works, no Time no Date on the page.

Hope this is also a right way to delete the Display of Time/Date.

The Line ...

"<div class="published">@Display.PublishedState(createdDateTimeUtc: Model.ContentPart.CreatedUtc, publisheddateTimeUtc: Model.ContentPart.PublishedUtc) </div>"

is also in the file "Parts.Common.Metadata.cshtml" in  ...\core\common\views    ...  don't know the function of the file.

I think the Display of time and date should be switched on/off by creating a page.

Kind Regards

in my themes folder are 2 files.

the code of the FIRST file under

 <Match DisplayType="Detail">
  <Place Parts_Tags_ShowTags="Footer:1"/>
 <Match DisplayType="Summary">
  <Place Parts_Tags_ShowTags="Footer:4"/>
  <Place Parts_Comments_Count="Footer:5" />

the code of the SECOND file under

  <!-- Customize where the shapes are rendered -->

  <Place Parts_Blogs_BlogArchives="Content:before"/>
  <Place Parts_Blogs_RecentBlogPosts="Content:after"/>
  <Match ContentType="Blog">
    <Match DisplayType="Summary">
      <Place Parts_Blogs_Blog_Description="Content:before"
  <Match Path="/About">
    <Place Parts_Common_Metadata="-"/>

the second file contains already  <Place Parts_Common_Metadata="-"/>,
should it add only in the first file?
and under which "<Match DisplayType=...." Detail or Summary ?

You should place it in your theme, BlankNoggin. Where to place it depends on where you don't want it to show up. If you don't want metadata on any page at all, put it directly under Placement. Otherwise, you use a specific Match attribute. Check the documentation to find out more:!

PS. The content in for The Theme Machine is in a comment, so it will not affect anything.
