For some reason I keep getting "$ is not defined" when I push my Orchard site to a live environment.  It works fine on my local.  I have tried all kinds of configurations by pushing the bin, .csproj, etc.  Are there directions of what to push and what not to push?

jQuery's missing.

Things to check: is the file there (track its location with Firebug)? Is there a web.config file in the directory?

This is being caused by the jQuery Module.

I suupose you are referencinf two version of jQuery or jQuery UI in the same page. OR it might be one of your module. Modules should use the jQuery module in order to use the same resource and version. Can yo check which module is doing it and inform their author ?

I had shape designer turned on and that is why JQuery was working on my local, but it won't when I turn it off.  I added

Script.Require("jQuery");
