Render error after changing the culture

description

After I had changed the culture to pt-br and logout, I'm getting the following error in any orchard project in my computer, i restarted the pc, iis, visual studio, deleted the database, changed the iis port, created new projects in new folders,...:

I've seen this happening without changing the culture through IE and FF but no Chrome. No idea why.

Ditto what Piedone said. When I ran into it, Chrome would render everything out fine but no other browser. I haven't had the time to be able to tear into it though. In my case, I wasn't dealing with any type of culture changes/info. I always work in Chrome too so I'm not sure when it started happening.

I found where was problem for me: In Visual Studio Express 2013 Preview For Web don't work correct.
In VS 2012 Express For Web it works OK.
