Some Links Not Accounting For Multi-Tenancy Url Prefixes

description

If you use the url prefix to setup a tenant there are links that don't account for the url prefix in the admin. Two examples I've found are the "Your Site" link and the logoff link. Looks like in the case of the logoff link, it ends up using the RedirectLocal extension. This causes some confusion for users not expecting it.

Seems to me that all Url's that use the "~/" have this "issue". A lot of places the themes have this line of code (Like the Theme machine in Branding.cshtml):
var homeUrl = Href("~/");
Creating a link like that would not bring you to the start of your current tenant, but to the default tenant.
