Azure Orchard 1.6 FavIcon configuration page isn't appeared after when 'Vandelay Industries 1.4.1' module been installed

Hi.

I installed 'Vandelay Industries 1.4.1' module ( and enabled 'Vandelay FavIcon' ) successfully to Azure Orchard 1.6 but when I check site settings there is no FavIcon configuration page.

Note: I previously used Orchard 1.5.1. Now I use Orchard 1.6 but DB is from previous version.

How can I fix it?
