Projection DateTime Properties TimeZone Correction

DateTime properties on projection layouts don't have an option for offsetting the displayed value to the selected timezone. Currently, it will only display the stored UTC time. For example, if you add a datetime field to a content type, the value is stored as UTC and displayed using the timezone corrections, but when using that field value as a property in a projection layout, it will only display the UTC time.

I'm proposing we either have a checkbox option when adding these layout properties to do the timezone correction, or just make it the default. I can imagine scenarios for both so I think I like the option to decide. Thoughts?

I may have spoken too soon on this. Having trouble recreating the behavior with a fresh clone... Looking into it.

It appears to happen if I change the time zone after having saved a content record with a datetime field. After that, there is a discrepancy between what the projection property will display and what is displayed on the content. (from the field driver)
