Import/export should warn the user about the implications of importing/exporting items of types that don't have an identity-providing part

description

When you import/export items that are of a type not having an identity-providing part (like AutoroutePart or IdentityPart) things are starting to behave odd: importing multiple items having Id="" yields only the top item getting imported.
The user should be warned about this behaviour.

TODO: ignore content items with empty ids, and render a notification.

Also, please open bugs for modules which don't provide identities.
