1.4.1 Pre release : Blog Recipe doesn't create home page and widgets

description

I tried to setup the Orchard.Web, Sql Server 2008 database :
  • OK with Default recipe.
  • Problem with the Blog recipe : No content items are created (home page, widgets).
    The front displays a 404.
    The blog is well created so /blog displays it.
    There are no errors in App_Data\Logs.
    I can access the admin and I see there is no content at all.
    In navigation, there is a Home menu item but without url. It is empty but it should be '/'

@SebRos : Blog recipe still not working with release 1.x.612 (23 Apr 12 16:12) : no page created
