Adding images to my page

Hello, I am trying to show records with images showing their states by webgrid and formatting via the following code:
grid.Column("Summary", header: "Summary", format: @<img src="~/Images/@item.Value.ImageName" width="32" height="32" />),
grid.Column("Summary", header: "Summary", format: @<img src="Images/@item.Value.ImageName" width="32" height="32" />),
But instead of image I receive the missing image picture and I was not even able to see the pictures directly through url.
Must the folder with images have any specific name, or do I have to set somehow rights for the folder to be accessed? I tried adding web.config into my folder, but with no success.

Somehow managed it to work by moving updating the code in .cshtml to
grid.Column("Summary", header: "Summary", format: @<img src="@Href("~/Modules/Mymodule/Content/Images", item.Value.ImageName)" width="16" height="16" />),
and by adding web.config to the Images folder.
