I'm obviously missing something somewhere. I have a fresh install of windows 10 and VS2015 pro and after downloading, extracting and building the source from the Orchard website I'm unable to get the Orchard.exe to run.

When running the file from the bin folder either as a user or administrator it just hangs showing the windows load icon, I know it has executed as if you try to rebuild the project it tells me that it cant copy files over as orchard.exe is in use.

I'm no seeing any errors and performing the same operation on my work PC works perfectly.

Any pointers??

Many thanks :)

Weird, I never heard of this. I'd probably set the Orchard project (in the Tools folder) as the startup project and launch it with the debugger attached. If it complains about not finding an Orchard installation, I'd try changing its build output path to the bin folder of the Orchard.Web folder. Alternatively, you could try attaching the debugger to the Orchard.exe you started manually and hit the Pause button, see where it's hanging.
