A couple days ago I've tried to upgrade my Orchard based web site. I copied files and run recipes execution, but during this process something happened (IISreset?) and as result I've got corrupted data in the database.
If I try to run recipes again with this database I get an error:
Orchard.Recipes.Services.RecipeStepExecutor - Recipe execution a18c68248bcf4aa9859ca8dac52bb5fd was cancelled because a step failed to execute
System.Transactions.TransactionException: The operation is not valid for the state of the transaction. ---> System.TimeoutException: Transaction Timeout
So I have a couple of questions to community:
- What might broke my database? As I know I haven't (and hadn't) any issues with SQL server and network during recipes execution. Is IISreset might cause this issue?
- Could you please advice what I can to do to avoid such problems?
Thank you in advance!
