Multi-tenancy and SSL - each tenant needs 2 domains

Why has the Settings_SiteSettings2PartRecord table been removed in the latest 1.x branch? This table was useful because I was able to add additional domains for a tenant. This allowed me to have login on a domain with a SSL certificate and yet allow my customer to have their own domain for public access. I hadn't actually got around to implementing that but now I find it has been removed so I can't.

If I were to add an additional domain to SiteSettingsPart would anyone mind?

Hold this a bug? In Migrations.cs in Orchard.Core the Create() returns 4. Should it return 1?

Ok I may have been mistaken. I see that BaseUrl has migrated over to SiteSettingsPart. Not sure how I will be able to add additional URL's in for a tenant. Does anyone have any pointers for how I might go about this?

I see you can simply comma delimit the RequestUrlHost in Shell Settings which is good.

Now I just need to figure out how to redirect to my customer's URL if the user is not authenticated.
