Hiding custom content type from default Content list

I've been going through discussions here, but none of the suggestions seem to work, so either I'm doing something wrong or the solutions don't apply to my type.

So...I have a custom content type (UserSubmission) that is made up of the following parts:
UserSubmissionPart (3 string fields in this part)

I have my own management page in the Admin I have created for managing these items, so I would like them NOT to show up under the normal Content link in Admin.

I seem to be able to turn off certain parts via Placement using DisplayType=SummaryAdmin, but I cannot seem to remove theme completely from that list.

I tried adding a SummaryAdmin shape in the driver Display method and then turning that off in Placement, but that didn't do anything at all.

Is there anything I can do to NOT show my custom Content Type in the default Content list when I'm using these parts?

Thanks =)

Set "Creatable" to false in your content types settings :)

That did the trick...didn't even realize that was set to True =) Thanks!
