'Open a Visual Studio command prompt or a .NET SDK command prompt at the location of your enlistment and run build Precompiled."
so i googled it, n found
finally , i CLICK START -->VISUAL STUDIO 2013-->VISUAL STUDIO TOOL-->Developer Command Prompt for VS2013, THEN TYPE
aspnet_compiler -p "G:\orchard1x419-zg\orchard\src\Orchard.Web" -v / -f -u "G:\orchard1x419-zg\build"

Any reason you're not using the ClickToBuild.cmd script? Tip: update build.cmd to build Precompiled:
if "%~1"=="" build Precompiled

thanks sipke.
i double clicked ClickToBuild.cmd, then it tell me errors on my custom test project and Orchard.Tests.Localization.DefaultDateFormatTest.

my custom test project can be passed on VS2013.

by the way, can I just use Web Deploy to reach the same Result?

What errors did you get specifically?
I don't remember what happens when you use web deploy. Do let us know when you try out. :)

Nunit: 58> Test Error: Orchard.Tests.Localization.DefaultDateFormatTests.ParseDateTest01
Nunit: 59> Test Error: Orchard.Tests.Localization.DefaultDateFormatTests.ParseDateTimeTest01, 02,03,04

Nunit: 63> Test Error: Orchard.Tests.Localization.DefaultDateFormatTests.ParseTimeTest01

why can my custom test project be passed on VS2013, but not by ClickToBuild.cmd?
