I uploaded my website on the server and went to Admin > Settings.

In the URL, I entered: www.mydomain,com
But when I save it, it gives this error "The base url you entered could not be requested from current location"
Why ? how to solve it ?

You should enter your own domain there, and include the scheme portion of the URL, e.g. http://www.mydomain.com.
Upon saving the settings, Orchard will validate the URL by performing an actual web request on it.

I have a situation that is similar to this, where just put your domain doesn't really work. I didn't want to open up a whole new thread, sorry if that was not correct.

My situation is as follows:
After changing hosting providers, the domain registration remained at the original host and was setup to use the DNS settings of the second host.

The website shows correctly when browsing, but warm up no longer works. When re-entering the domain address, the error "The base url you entered could not be requested from current location" appears.

Any suggestions how to approach this, since not having warm up work, is an important performance issue.

Thank you
