Hi,

We are using Orchard 1.7.1 . in our application and we have the requirement to support localization. Where in the home page any drop down should appear which can be used for selecting the supported culture example English en-US or French fr-FR like wise . And the selected culture should be applied to all the contents in the widget in home page as well as it should mainain the selected culture in each navigation auto route to the respective culture pages. how can we set the culture ?

Please provide me the above information.

Is there any existing module in Orchard gallery which supports Orchard 1.7.1 and above for culture change ?

Thanks in Advance

The dropdown in the admin sets the cultured used on the whole site by default, so yes, this should affect everything. To change the culture per request with any logic you can implement ICultureSelector. Search for "culture" in the Gallery or look at the localization category, there are a few modules providing something like this.

You simply add a culture widget....but Orcahrd has no default culture widget so you look for a module doing it in gallery or in source repos.
You can check this one I wrote recently due to pbs in existing ones.
