correct way to move content from one orchard to another?

We've run a local instance of orchard and configured some sites with themes and content on them. Now we've created a server instance (in azure, but that doesn't matter) and would like to move this content to that server. Is there a "correct" way we could export the locally created content and re-publish it on the server? I can see this being part of a larger process for restoring an orchard site later if needed. Perhaps the blogml module is the way to do this? Thanks

This process is called content deployment and at the moment Orchard doesn't have a built-in feature to support it, although it will come in the next versions.

You can use the Import/Export feature to export the content of the local site and then import it on the live site. There is also a community-developed content deployment module somewhere, I think you should find it if you search for it, probably even on the Gallery.
