Search page layout

I am trying to do something which I am sure is very simple (once you know how)!

I am having a few issues with the layout of my search page. My search includes the following content types: - pages and Property (property is a content type I set up).

I have managed to get my properties list first and then page content. All I want to do is add a title above the page content but am finding this difficult to do. I cannot find the alternate to do this or the right css! Both page content properties come within the one list - how do I target just the page content and not the properties?

Thanks in advance,

Content Shape Template Name "Content-Page-Url-Search.Summary.cshtml"

Sorry. The above template was wrong. My bad. Even I tried to find the alternates but couldn't find.
