Missing assembly reference in Bootstrap theme

I recently built a site from source using the Bootstrap theme from Wiggleware. Everything builds and runs on my local machine. It compiles with no errors. But when I released the precompiled folder to the server I get the following error thrown in the themes/bootstrap/views/layout.chtml file:

The type of namespace name 'Bootstrap' could not be found ( are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

Line 1: @using Bootstrap;
Line 2: @using Orchard;
Line 3: @functions {

If I enable a different theme, the homepage loads just fine, but it obviously doesn't they way I want.

Hi John,

When you say you released a "precompiled folder", what exactly do you mean? Are you uploading the Bootstrap theme folder intact to your server, or are you attempting to compile the theme into a .dll file and upload it that way?

The folder name for the theme needs to named Bootstrap due to the code inside, so make sure you don't change the name of the folder either.
