Hi,
I am new to Orchard and I am digging into learning how to create/customize a theme for Orchard.

Is there a way for example to customize the "Meta" template for a BlogPost? Currently, the Meta property contains two items: Parts.Common.Metadata.Summary.cshtml & Parts.Comments.Count.cshtml respectively.

For instance, I want to remove Comments.Count from "Meta" of a BlogPost and display it after the body of the BlogPost.

Is that possible & how?

Yes, this is possible with using Placement.info or shape template alternates with the help of Shape Tracing. The Dojo Course has some tutorials regarding this too.

Hi,

Shape Alternates give you direct access to each and every Part Shape. I searched more and found out that Placement.info specifies each and every Part Shape position.
However, the position is not per Zone, its more per "Header", "Meta", "Content", and "Footer". Seems those are standard properties on all Shape's Model class.

Am I on the right track understanding the above?

Many thanks,

Regards
Bilal
