I have orchard 1.6.1.
On the navigation menu in the admin panel I see a menu item "Upgrade to 1.6"
(but I'm already at 1.6.1)

Where can I find the UpgradeTo17 module? or how should you normally upgrade?

Yes I tried this, but it was not visible.
Got it working by first disabling that UpgradeTo16 module.
Restarting WebMatrix and IIS.

Via the orchard channel on IRC we thought it had to do with the cache of IIS.

I've followed the Upgrade guide (http://docs.orchardproject.net/Documentation/Upgrading-a-site-to-a-new-version-of-Orchard), but i get stuck when trying to connect to the site, error:
Server Error in '/' Application.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Line 2:  @{

Does anyone have a clue?

I'm sorry if i missed any solution, i've tried to search extensively.

Update, just managed to migrate using the in-place method. Some stuff looks different, but i hope to be able to fix it myself.
