You don't need to upload a dll. Unless you disabled dynamic compilation on the server.

I have a website:
Hosting at goDaddy server

When I upload the new version of cs file then go to my website, it's show the text:
"The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."

Last day i tried this way, the first i upload new cs file, but it's show the message above
and then i reUpload my backup cs file,
It's still show "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."

After a day my web is shown normally
Can you explain me why??

Thank you very much!

I can't because I'm not on your machine. You need to check the logs (in app_data\logs) and figure it out. Chances are, you had changed more than that, or you're missing write permissions on some directories.

Thank you, I fixed its.
Maybe server is delay update, after 2 hours when I upload new cs file, the new code is executed.
