Stackoverflow Exception on Multitenancy

On the Orchard multitenancy module I am getting a stackoverflow exception every time I deploy a new tenant using a SQL Server db (this doesn't happen using SQL Express). Even if I use the Core recipe and the basic Theme Machine theme it will always throw a stackoverflow exception. The tenant eventually is created and it finishes but I'm afraid the stackoverflow will impact the other tenants since everything is running in the same process. I noticed the stackoverflow exception when debugging the Orchard source code otherwise I would have never known from the front end. I can duplicate this in multiple environments.

file a bug?

Ok, just filed a bug. I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this issue and how they are working around it? It seems like this would cause some serious problems for anyone running multitenancy unless they are able to deploy a new site when every other tenant is offline.
