I have developed a site using Ochard 1.6. Now I want to deploy site to production server. So I build site using Visual studio 2010 and publish it to the File system. Here the published site's size is around 2GB and it contains all files including .cs file.

Please suggest how can I deploy my site to production server and after that how can I manage synchronization while deployment i.e. I want to deploy only changed files and database to production server.

Hi sebastienros,
I have tried this but I am not able to run build "compile;package" command. Getting error message as "build is not a valid command".

Please suggest.

I would guess have either failed to:
  1. Open a visual studio command window (most probable given your error message)
  2. Run the command within the solution enlistment.
If you look at sebastien's posted link and check what you did in step 3.

Your command window may have 'Visual Studio Command Prompt' within the title bar and at this point your current directory listing should contain a number of files such as:
  • build.cmd
  • AzurePackage.proj
  • ClickToBuild.cmd
    etc. etc.
