Bad install in Azure Cloud Service - 'A script named jQuery could not be found' error message

I've created a new Cloud Service to host Orchard 1.6 and I'm having some difficulties.

I don't think the initial setup went well as the page timed out after entering some basic information about the site.

Now, when I visit the home page of the site I get a 404.

When I attempt to visit /Admin, I get the message:

'A script named jQuery could not be found'

Is there a way for me to re-run the setup process?

I've heard deleting the App_Data folder will cause this, but I'm using Azure...I don't know how to do this.

Any help?

One way I know of is using WebMatrix 2 using Remote View.
Another way is using FTP.

Thanks for the reply.

Looks like you can use FTP to access an Azure Web Site but not to access an Azure Cloud Service / Web Role.  This is how I set mine up.  I'm starting to reconsider now, but I thought there should still be a way to re-install / re-configure the application.
