After switching to 1.6 I have to manually build project after every change

In 1.5.1 it was enough to save my changes in VS 2012 and refresh the page. But since I moved to 1.6 I have to build the current project after every edit (except cshtml). Anyone having the same problem?

Maybe check your site's Config/HostComponents.config

I (think) 1.6 has the ExtensionMonitoringCoordinator disabled.
