I tried a placement file containing

 <Match Path="/myFolder/*">        <Place Parts_Title="-" />    </Match>

and for all the normal pages in myFolder, the title was not rendered, but not for Custom Forms in the same path.

Any idea on how to remove it ?

That's odd. Check the DisplayType and see if you can match it as well.
