As a new Orchard user, I would says that the project team should ask each module author to provide a documentation with the minimal steps to use its module.

May be I missed it, still searching for.

In some CMS, in Admin mode, you may press an Help Key related to current page (even with an Index) to get admin  instructions.

Actually it seems to be a validation process for new users: if your are not able to understand by yourself each module, you should not use Orchard.
Very selective.

Well, it's a community project. It's the responsibility of each module author to provide documentation. If we make it mandatory, I'm afraid you would have about 1/10th of the modules currently available. I think it's better to have undocumented modules than no modules at all. It sure is a problem for beginners, who should probably stick to what they can understand at first, and then extend their range as they grow.
