BreadcrumbsPartDriverSystem ArgumentNullException

I found the following exception in my Orchard Log files which is generated every time someone will visit the site. Note: you ll see below that is checking in folder c:\Users\sebros I do not have any user called sebros on my server. Any idea how to resolve this issue? Is this an existing bug generated by the specified module?

The sebros bit is just extracted from the debug information. No worries about that ;)

Do you know what I need to do in order to resolve the above error message as its very annoying.

Think I saw something like this on the forum before. I think a broken menu item (or 'route') pointing to non-existing content.

Thanks, you were right menu items were broken :)
