Hi,

I created several ebooks associated to one list.

I delete the list, and create a new one. I would like to attach the items from the previous list to the new one.

It's not possible. The ebooks are still attached to the deleted list.

I should edit each items to attach to the new list. (Add o  - List : EbookList).

Maybe I should take a look from the database and modify it? do you have any repository with sql query?

If I try to click on the new list.

I choose Ebook -> From -> No List -> Apply, nothing appears.

In the same time, is it possible to do something as a "select all" on the page Choose Items after to obtain the results.

Best regards,

Alexandre

List are a deprecated feature, sorry. Your best bet may be to change them in the database directly.

Hi,

List is deprecated, hum.., it's included by default in Orchard 1.5.1.0 (maybe I'm wrong.)

What do you advise to used?

I use List to permit to be included in widget with custom filter.

I based the content of my website on this feature.

Hi,

Regarding the tutorial related to the E-commerce module, I think I should use projection. (Projection replace list).

I have one question, by using Sharepoint, you have some kind of webservice List.asmx permitting to get an odata list of items from a specific list.

Is there any kind of same behavior in orchard?

No, it is not included in the release. Use taxonomies and/or projections instead.

All lists generated by projections have a corresponding RSS feed.

Hi,

I try to find a way to display the rss flux.

I create a project with a query.

http://localhost:30320/OrchardLocal/ProductCatalogRSS, I take a look from network transfert by using Chrome Developper Tool.

I don't find anything. (from this page too http://gallery.orchardproject.net/List/Search?packageType=Modules&searchTerm=rss)

Do you have any method permitting to get it?

best regards,

Alexandre

Hi,

I don't find in the method RegisterFeed in the source code.

The documentation http://docs.orchardproject.net/Documentation/rss-atom proposed to used  Html.RegisterFeed(new { type = "comment", parent = slug }, "Comment feed");

I found many terms related to Feed by using "Navigate", maybe the document isn't up to date?

Assumption : try to use "Because of that, we might want to introduce a display template for feeds that Html.FeedLink can use when it exists." But FeedLink doesn't exist.

I search :)

Try Register instead.
