Edit links around editable content on pages

I'm very new to Orchard. I have just grabbed a copy though web matrix. I've followed the installation steps. I was watching a few training videos from Pluralsight and in the video's when the person is logged in and is browsing the website, providing he has the correct permission set - a border and the "Edit" link were displayed around the editable sections of the pages. Version 1.5 doesn't seem to have this functionality - is this functionality no longer in Orchard? Or do I need to install an additional module for this to work?

After the website is complete I'm planning to hand it over to a very non-technical person for ongoing content maintenance - and this feature would make this process a lot easier for that person.

It's no longer enabled by default, but you just have to enable the Content Control Wrapper feature.
